Welcome to The Cohere Collective

A supportive community to explore, develop, and define your personal pursuit of Truth.

What is The Cohere Collective?

The Cohere Collective is so personal to me that its story feels like my story. But, Cohere is not my story. It is our story.

The Cohere Collective started as an idea for a podcast when I was in high school back in 2017. This idea grew into a blog when I was in college in 2019, which grew into a full blown company post graduate school in 2022. I have spent much time trying to find answers to life’s unanswerable questions. The older I get, the more I learn how mysterious meaning truly is, and how we can only find purpose within ourselves. This ongoing journey for me would have been so much harder without the countless people who have mentored, supported, and inspired me to keep going. I want others asking these questions to have a space to do that as well. With support, with guidance, with care.

The Cohere Collective strives to be a community of people trying our best to lean into growth as we support each other in defining what a good life looks like for us. Cohere means, “To live together harmoniously.” And as we search for coherence in our own individual lives, we rely on the peaceful foundation of our communities.

Cohere is made up of so many ideas, thoughts, philosophies, and methodologies meant to encourage and inspire anyone who crosses our path to think deeply about their life’s meaning. But ultimately, it is a place to ask questions.

Regardless of who you are, where you are, or where you are starting, The Cohere Collective wants to meet you there and help you dig deeper, whatever that might mean to you. Making meaning is such a personal pursuit, yet it is impossible to do without support. So, I’m glad you’re here, asking questions with us! I hope we can make meaning together.

Smack,

Reese, Founder

The Cohere Collective

The Cohere Collective isn’t just a dream, it’s a vision founded in research and lived experience.

In order to understand what it means to live a Coherent life, we need to understand the aspects that make up Coherence. The Cohere Collective’s system asserts that all human beings start with three primary relationships: to self, to other, and to source.

There exists a secondary set of relationships between each primary relationship: between self and other we find values, between other and source we find space, and between source and self we find purpose.

When we pair these metaphysical concepts with practical action, these 6 relationships give rise to the main lived aspects of Coherence: Wellbeing, Philosophy, Community, Justice, Spirituality, and Creativity.
